INSTRUCTIONS AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY:
At the time of delivery, it is your responsibility to inspect
the item for any damage that may have occurred during shipping.
*If the item is damaged, you need to take several pictures and note it on the shipping documents. If you sign for the item and it is damaged and you do not note it on the bol you are taking the item “as is”. At this point, there is nothing I can do for you in terms of refund, credit.
*If the item is heavily damaged, you have the option to refuse the shipment. In that case, once I get the item back I will reimburse you your payment. *If you refuse a shipment for any other reason there will be a redelivery fee that can be more than half of the original shipping cost. You will be responsible for this additional fee. I will not allow the shipment to be redelivered unless I have received the payment for redelivery.
